Since 1994, Brevard Zoo has brought its mission—to share our joy of nature to help wildlife and people thrive—to life through meaningful, interactive experiences that connect people with nature and wildlife. More than 550,000 visitors of all ages enjoy the Zoo’s programs each year, including hands-on Conservation Learning opportunities, rehabilitation efforts for vulnerable species such as sea turtles, manatees, and Florida black bears, and conservation initiatives like Restore Our Shores, which supports the health of the Indian River Lagoon. Through these efforts, Brevard Zoo inspires lifelong connections to the natural world and a shared commitment to protecting it.
