Save my wife

I never imagined that one day I would have to beg for help just to save my wife’s life.

A few weeks ago, our world completely fell apart when doctors found a cancerous tumor in my wife’s uterus. They told us that she urgently needs treatment and surgery. Since that day, every moment has felt like a nightmare that we cannot wake up from.

My wife is not just my partner… she is the heart of our home. She is the one who holds our family together, takes care of our little 3-year-old child, and gives us strength even when she herself is in pain. Right now, I am unemployed, and honestly, our entire family depends on her emotionally and financially more than I can explain in words.

Seeing her slowly become weak every day is breaking me from inside.

Our little child still does not understand what cancer means. He only knows that his mother cannot play with him anymore. Every day he goes near her bed and says, “Mama, please get up…” and she tries to smile through unbearable pain just so he does not get scared.

At night, when everyone is asleep, I sit beside her helplessly, listening to her cry quietly because of the pain. As a husband, nothing hurts more than watching the person you love suffer while you are unable to save them.

We already spent everything we had on tests, medicines, hospital visits, and emergency care. I borrowed money from relatives and friends, but now the doctors have told us that we need $8700 more for her treatment and surgery. For many people this may be just a number, but for me right now, it feels impossible.

I am not asking for luxury.

I am only asking for one chance to save my wife… one chance for my child to grow up with his mother.
