help Ruff walk again

I'm ashley, female student at Minnesota.

I am literally crying and urgently need your help.

my Ruffy, suffered a bad accident

He jumped from the top of the stairs and broke both of his back legs.

good news is the vet says he can still live a happy life and move around, but he really needs a stroller to walk again.

bad news is, im completely broke right now and cannot afford his medications & or his new wheels.

Im so devastated that finances are standing in the way of his recovery.
