Help a struggling dad

I am a father of 2 boys , they are 3 and 2. Recently we been having a rough time we are getting behind on bills. My youngest son faces delays and we want to get him tested for Autism, unfortunately his insurance does not cover the cost. We will have to pay out of pocket. We are behind on other bills and have no help :( we just want to give our kids the best life possible. Times are tough we just want to get afloat.
